Well behaved dogs weighing no more than 15 pounds may accompany you. You are responsible for insuring that your dog stays aboard the gondola.

Guest comfort is our priority. Experiences may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to rain or windy weather or unsafe river conditions. If this occurs, our team will work with you to arrange an alternative date whenever possible.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Please let us know if you wish to cancel at least 48 hours prior to the time of your cruise in order to receive a refund or reschedule. No shows and cancellations after 48 hours will not receive a refund.
